Four generations of the Kennedy family. One shop in Lewiston. Monuments that stand in cemeteries across Minnesota, Wisconsin, and Iowa.

A monument is not a purchase. It is a promise that someone mattered — and we have been placing that promise in stone for four generations.
In 1919, John D. Kennedy opened a small monument shop in Lewiston, Minnesota, cutting granite by hand for families in the bluff country of the upper Mississippi.
His descendants have never left. They expanded the territory into Wisconsin and Iowa, added diamond-etching and sandblasting equipment, and built the relationships with cemeteries and funeral homes that still carry the business today. Cameron Kennedy — fourth generation — still pulls every design proof himself and still drives to the cemetery the day a monument is set.

No catalog. No pressure. We show you real stone, draw you a proof to scale, and do not cut anything until you have approved every detail.
From design through foundation through installation — the Kennedy family handles every step. We also do on-site final-date engravings and additions without disturbing the grave.
